QuickTask Infor Property Management, developed by Infor's dedicated software team, caters to licensed users of the web-based AMSI Evolution application. The platform encompasses six core functionalities:

• Approve: This feature enables supervisors to review and either approve or deny purchase orders submitted by users. Additionally, it allows users to authorize invoices for payment.
• Inspect: Designed primarily for property managers and leasing agents, this functionality allows users to submit work orders during move-out walk-throughs with residents, particularly focused on student housing tenants.
• Manage: Users assigned to a work order task can review the details, log the time spent on the task, and close it upon completion. This functionality also permits users to oversee the entire work order process, including task assignment to other employees or vendors.
• Prospect: This iPad-exclusive feature allows users to add and edit guest cards for properties.
• Count: For those with an Inventory module license, this function permits users to count and record inventory items at a warehouse.
• Receive: Also based on an Inventory module license, this feature facilitates the recording of items received from vendors at a warehouse.
• Inquire: Users with access to the eSite module can utilize this functionality to inquire about vacant units or those on notice within properties.
